Orders and prices

Every price is in Canadian dollars with no customs, duties or brokerage fees. Tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.

An order is accepted when we send its shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order for a pricing or stock error, and we tell you first.

Parts and fitment

Part information comes from the manufacturer. Check the fit notes and instructions for your vehicle before you order and before you install.

A part that has been installed or used cannot be returned. Some parts are for off-road or racing use only, as the product page says.

Warranty and returns

Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty. Orbital Parts handles warranty claims and returns as the policies above describe.

Trademarks and content

Hurst is a trademark of its owner, used here to name the parts we sell. Descriptions, images and documents belong to their owners and may not be copied from this site.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Orbital Parts' liability for an order is the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes a right your province's consumer protection law gives you.
